Dr. Mary Jo McGowan, Teaching Professor of the Department of Political Science and Public Administration and Director of the American Studies Program, is one of the honored recipients of the Free Expression Award as a member of the UNC Charlotte Free Expression and Constructive Dialogue Task Force. Dr. McGowan will teach POLS 3132 Comparative Public Policy and POLS 1501 Global Social Science in Fall 2024.
