Dr. Beth Whitaker Bank of America Teaching Award Finalist

Professor Beth Whitaker has been named as a finalist for the 2015 Bank of America Award for Teaching Excellence. This award honors outstanding teachers at UNC Charlotte and represents an example of the University’s commitment to excellence in teaching. The five finalists for this year’s award will be honored at a ceremony in September 2015 and the recipient will be announced.

Professor Whitaker was a finalist for the same award in 2010. Past Bank of America Award recipients and finalists in Political Science include Cynthia Combs (1997), Cheryl Brown (1992), and Harry Chernotsky (1984).
