Dr. Justin Conrad’s paper wins award

Dr. Justin Conrad’s paper, “Competition, Government Enforcement and Political Violence”, presented at the Midwest Political Science Association conference in April 2017, has been chosen to receive the award for best paper on the topic of international relations. Dr. Conrad is an associate professor in the Political Science department.
